The Green Olive Paté in Olive Oil is made from hand-picked green olives from Puglia, preserved in extra virgin olive oil without preservatives or artificial additives. Lighter in flavor than the black variant, making it ideal for fresher combinations such as pasta salad or grilled fish. On ciabatta, as a filling in a wrap, or as part of a cheese board. 100% Coratina olives
All our olive oil is pressed from a single olive variety: the Coratina. This is not a coincidence. The Coratina is known for its high polyphenol content, its distinct flavor, and its low acidity. The olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed within hours of harvesting, without additives and without heating. This approach won gold at the London International Olive Oil Competition 2025 in the Health Claim category.
Olive oil from Puglia
Puglia is Italy's largest olive oil-producing region. The calcareous soil, dry summers, and salty breeze from the Adriatic Sea create conditions in which the Coratina olive thrives optimally. The olive trees here have been standing for generations, some centuries old. This is no coincidence; it is precisely the soil and climate that give this oil its character.
