1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all products in our webshop. Sometimes additional terms and conditions apply; this will be clearly stated. We consider any natural or legal person who orders via our site to be a buyer. We can change the conditions at any time. By using the website or placing an order, you accept these conditions.

2. Offers

Our offers are without obligation and subject to availability. The purchase agreement arises as soon as we confirm an order. Electronic communication is also legally binding. We provide product information as accurately as possible; minor deviations may occur and do not entitle to compensation.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs and any import duties are not included. Customers outside the Netherlands are responsible for local taxes. Special offers are valid for a limited time.

4. Payment

Payment can be made via our online payment methods or by bank transfer. Business customers can order on account after approval with a payment term of 8 days. In case of non-payment, we will initiate legal steps; additional costs will be borne by the buyer.

5. Delivery and delivery time

Delivery times are indicative. If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you. Products remain the property of L'oro Verde di Puglia until full payment. Delivery can take place in parts without extra costs. Different conditions may apply for delivery outside the Netherlands.

6. Exchange and right of withdrawal

You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt without stating reasons, provided it is unopened. This does not apply to specially ordered products. After return, we will refund within 14 days.

7. Force majeure

In case of force majeure, we are temporarily not obliged to fulfill our agreements. Examples include power outages, strikes, delays at suppliers, or disruptions in internet or telecom. In such cases, we will jointly seek a suitable solution.

8. Liability

We are only liable in case of intent or gross negligence. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court or the Netherlands Arbitration Institute. The Dutch-language terms and conditions are leading over translations.
