Shipping

We ship from Weert to customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery to other destinations is possible upon request. Orders are usually shipped within one business day via PostNL, DHL, or DPD. You will receive a Track & Trace code, and the package will arrive within a maximum of three business days.

Shipping costs

Shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium is free. Shipping costs are included in the product price.

Delivery issues

Package damaged?

Refuse the package upon delivery if there is visible damage. Did you accept it anyway? Please report it within 48 hours via info@loroverdedipuglia.com.

Received the wrong item?

Contact us within 48 hours. We will provide a suitable solution.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. After notification, you have another 14 days to return the item. The full order amount will be refunded. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Before returning, send an email to info@loroverdedipuglia.com with the following information: product name and quantity, your order number, order and receipt date, name and address, IBAN account number, and the return date. The reason for return is optional.

Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging. Food items with opened packaging cannot be returned.

Warranty

All products have a warranty period of 12 months unless otherwise stated. Check the product carefully before opening. The warranty is void if the product lacks the original stamp or label, is damaged by incorrect use, or if the packaging has been opened.
