Shipping

We ship from our warehouse in Weert to customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery to other destinations is possible upon request. Orders are usually shipped within one business day via PostNL, DHL, or DPD. You will receive a Track & Trace code, and the package will arrive within a maximum of three business days. Shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium is free and included in the product price.

Delivery issues

Package damaged?

Refuse the package upon delivery if there is visible damage. If you have accepted it anyway, please report it within 48 hours via info@loroverdedipuglia.com.

Received the wrong item?

Please contact us within 48 hours. We will provide a suitable solution.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. After notification, you have another 14 days to return the item. The full order amount will be refunded; return costs are at your own expense. Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging. Food items with opened packaging cannot be returned.

Before returning, please send an email to info@loroverdedipuglia.com with the following information: product name and quantity, order number, order and receipt date, name and address, IBAN account number, and return date. The reason for return is optional.

Warranty

All products come with a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise stated. Please check the product carefully before opening. The warranty is void if the product is missing its original stamp or label, is damaged due to incorrect use, or if the packaging has been opened.
