These terms of service apply to all orders and services of L'oro Verde di Puglia, part of Mube International Trading BV, located at Schoutlaan 25A, 6002 EA Weert. 1. Our products
L'oro Verde di Puglia sells extra virgin olive oil, pâté, and gift packages from Puglia, Italy. All product information on our website is displayed as accurately as possible. Small variations in color, taste, or packaging due to season or harvest are possible and do not entitle you to compensation. Offers are valid while stocks last.
2. Ordering
An order is final once you have received an order confirmation from us. Until then, we may refuse or cancel an order, for example, if an item is out of stock or if there is an error in the product information. In such cases, we will contact you and fully refund any amounts paid.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately at checkout and vary by destination. Shipping is free for the Netherlands and Belgium. Private customers pay directly via the available payment methods on our website. Business customers can, after approval, order on account with a payment term of 7 days. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend further deliveries and charge statutory interest and collection costs.
4. Delivery
We deliver worldwide. Orders are typically shipped within one business day from our warehouse in Weert. For the Netherlands and Belgium, the delivery time is a maximum of three business days. For other European countries, you can expect three to seven business days, depending on the destination. Deliveries outside Europe may take longer. We ship via PostNL, DHL, or DPD. You will always receive a Track & Trace code. Delivery times are indicative; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
5. Shipping costs and import duties
For the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping costs are free. For other destinations, shipping costs are calculated based on weight and country of destination and are shown at checkout. Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any import duties, local taxes, and customs fees. We have no influence over these and do not reimburse these costs.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After notification, you have another 14 days to return the product unopened and in its original packaging. The full order amount will be refunded within 14 days. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Food products with opened packaging cannot be returned. For returns from abroad, the costs are also borne by the customer. More information can be found on our returns page.
7. Warranty
All products come with a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise stated. The warranty is void if the product lacks the original stamp or label, is damaged by incorrect use, or if the packaging has been opened. Always check your order before opening.
8. Liability
L'oro Verde di Puglia is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the relevant order, unless otherwise required by law. We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or lost profits.
9. Force majeure
In case of force majeure—including power outages, strikes, delays by carriers, customs problems, or disruptions in telecom and internet—we are temporarily not obliged to fulfill our agreements. We will inform you as soon as possible and together we will look for a suitable solution.
10. Intellectual property
All texts, images, logos, and other content on our website are the property of L'oro Verde di Puglia or are used with the permission of the rightful owner. Nothing on this website may be copied, distributed, or otherwise used without our express written permission.
11. Applicable law
These terms of service are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory local legislation dictates otherwise. The Dutch version of these terms takes precedence over any translations.
12. Changes
We may amend these terms of service at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. For significant changes, we will inform you via email or our homepage.
