The Dried Tomato Paté in Olive Oil is made from tomatoes dried in the Apulian sun, concentrated in flavor, sweet and deeply characterful, preserved in our own extra virgin olive oil without added sugars or artificial substances. Delicious on bruschetta with a slice of mozzarella, but equally at home in a risotto, as a base for pasta sauce, or as a flavor enhancer with grilled meat. 100% Coratina olives
All our olive oil is pressed from a single olive variety: the Coratina. This is not a coincidence. The Coratina is known for its high polyphenol content, its distinct flavor, and its low acidity. The olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed within hours of harvesting, without additives and without heating. This approach won gold at the London International Olive Oil Competition 2025 in the Health Claim category.
Olive oil from Puglia
Puglia is Italy's largest olive oil-producing region. The calcareous soil, dry summers, and salty breeze from the Adriatic Sea create conditions in which the Coratina olive thrives optimally. The olive trees here have been standing for generations, some centuries old. This is no coincidence; it is precisely the soil and climate that give this oil its character.
