These terms and conditions apply to all products offered in our online shop. Sometimes additional conditions apply. This will then be clearly stated. We consider a buyer to be any natural or legal person ordering via our site. We may change the conditions at any time. By using the website or placing an order, you accept these conditions.
Our offers are non-binding and subject to availability. The sales contract arises as soon as we confirm an order. Electronic communication is also legally binding. We provide our information on products as accurately as possible. However, minor deviations may occur and do not entitle you to compensation.
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs and any import duties are not included. Customers outside the Netherlands are responsible for local taxes. Special offers have limited validity. We do our best to provide accurate information, but errors are possible.
You can pay via our online payment methods or by bank transfer. Business customers can also order on account after approval. The payment term is then 8 days. If payment is not made, we will take legal action. Additional costs are borne by the buyer. We reserve the right to postpone deliveries in the event of late payment.
Delivery times are indicative. We do our best to deliver on time, but cannot always avoid delays. If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you. Products remain the property of L'Oro Verde Di Puglia until paid in full. Delivery can be made in parts, at no extra cost. Different conditions may apply for delivery outside the Netherlands.
You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason, provided it is unopened. This does not apply to specially ordered products. After return, we will refund your money within 14 days. This is how we ensure a fair and transparent service.
In cases of force majeure, we are temporarily not obliged to meet our commitments. Examples include power cuts, strikes or supplier delays. Internet or telecom failures are also included. In such cases, we will find a suitable solution together.
We are liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence. In other situations, we are not liable for damages. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order, unless otherwise stipulated by law.
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court or the Netherlands Arbitration Institute. We conduct proceedings in Dutch. The Dutch terms and conditions take precedence over translations.
