Warranty conditions

All products are guaranteed for 12 months unless otherwise stated. Please check the product carefully before opening it.

Warranty exceptions

The product is missing our original stamp or label.
It has been damaged by misuse.
The packaging has been opened.

Shipping

We deliver from our warehouse in Weert to customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. Other destinations are possible on request.

We usually ship within 1 working day. You will receive a Track & Trace code. Delivery takes place within a maximum of 3 working days.

Shipping costs

For the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping costs are free. These are included in the price of the product.

Problems with delivery

Package damaged?

Reject the package if there is visible damage. Did you accept it anyway? Then report it within 48 hours via info@loroverdedipuglia.com.

Received the wrong article?

Let us know within 48 hours. We will then provide a suitable solution.

Return

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After notification, you have 14 days to return the item. You will receive a full refund of the order amount. Only the return costs are for your own account.
